We had a fantastic stay at Proche Promenade Des Anglais Et De La Mer in Nice. the apartment was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the shower room was superb, and the kitchen area was very good with a sturdy, height, adjustable table. the bedroom was comfortable, and the softest cotton sheets made for a cozy night's sleep. the WiFi was reliable at around 12Mbs, and the small patio area would be perfect for enjoying the summer weather. the location was great, with a SPAR just a 4, minute walk away and a Carrefour 6 minutes away. Plus, the nearby Carras Tram stop made it easy to get to the apartment from the airport. Check, in and check, out were a breeze, and the quiet, cul. Cons: Nothing. It was perfect! 🌟.

The apartment has a superb shower room, a very good kitchen area, and a comfortable bedroom with soft cotton sheets. the height adjustable lounge table is very useful. the WiFi is good and there is a small patio area. the nearby SPAR and Carrefour make grocery shopping convenient. the Carras Tram stop is next to the SPAR, providing easy access to the airport.
Felt relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a few nights. The location was ideal, just a few stops away from the center of Nice. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful. The apartment itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We loved making breakfast in the morning with the utensils provided, and the balcony was a perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine or a beer. a fantastic experience!
We highly recommend this hotel.

the apartment was lovely and exceeded my expectations. The outdoor terrace was a beautiful sun trap, the kitchen was perfectly sized for cooking meals, and the high ceilings made the place feel spacious. The owners were lovely and attentive, and the location was perfect with easy access to transportation and amenities.
Communication with the host was initially problematic.

The apartment is super cozy, with a comfy bedroom and a nice TV to chill. I was thrilled to find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. The washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver, especially for longer stays. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The location near the Promenade des Anglais and the sea was perfect for beach lovers like me.
Personally, I didn't find the toaster in the apartment very useful. But hey, that's just me!

This apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! The shower room is superb, the kitchen area is very good and the sturdy, height-adjustable lounge table is super useful. The bedroom is so comfortable with the softest cotton sheets ever. The WiFi is a handy 12Mbs, and the small patio area would be jaw-dropping in the summer. The nearby SPAR and Carrefour make shopping a breeze, and Planet Sushi in between is fantastic. The Carras Tram stop is right next to the SPAR, making transportation easy and affordable. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and the quiet cul-de-sac location ensures a peaceful stay. this is a super comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location with excellent transport links, supermarkets, and restaurants all within a short walk.
